The type of analysis depends o the type of sample. Our lab team will determine which method is best for your sample. In case you have any questions, please write us.
GCMS testing uses NIST 2014 library to detect tens of thousands of possibly harmful substances in the product. Detection is limited to volatile and semi-volatile compounds and the test cannot be used on peptide samples.
LCMS testing can detect contamination of peptide products with other peptides and degraded peptide. Detection is limited to peptides on our price list (you can ask our customer support for the full list).
Both tests give only identification of contaminants. Measurement of concentration can be offered for additional price once such substance is detected.

Can I get a report without sending a sample?
No.

Can we test as a group?
Yes, you can! However, e-shop does not support group orders and payments. Please write us your order via the contact form and choose “Group testing” as a subject. Our customer care team will get back to you and will guide you through the group ordering process.

Can I expedite my testing?
Yes, you can! Please write us a number of the order you want to rush and choose “Expedited testing” as subject. You can either rush the whole order, or specific tests. Price is always 100% surcharge of the value of the expedited tests. Please note some of the additional tests cannot be rushed. We recommend writing before the sample arrives at our lab, to make sure we can still put them in front of the queue.

What are additional services?
Additional services present you with enhanced harm reduction tests and test specific options for the analysis of your sample. Please mind in case you select any additional service for the sample, our e-shop needs to put them in the cart together with the said sample. When you have more samples of the same test with additional services, you need to add the samples to your cart one by one. For example: you want to test Tirzepatide 15 mg with sterility testing and Tirzepatide 30 mg with heavy metals testing, you need to add the sample one by one.

Do I need to send more pieces of sample for additional services?
It’s recommended for some of them, sending less may impact the results. Let’s tackle it one by one: GCMS and LCMS - no additional piece of sample is necessary; Heavy metals analysis - 1 tab/caps, 1 ml of solution, 200 mg raw powder, 1 hole vial of lyophilizate; Sterility testing - 2x whole unopened peptide vial, 2x unopened 1ml ampoule,1x unopened 10ml vial, unopened pieces are needed as to prevent contamination before testing; Endotoxin analysis - 1 vial (2 recommended) or 1 ml (2ml recommended), CHNS mass report - no additional piece of sample is necessary; Iodide/Chloride analysis - 1 tablet/capsule, PH measurement - no additional piece of sample is necessary; Fentanyl presence analysis - no additional piece of sample is necessary, TFA analysis - no additional piece of sample is necessary.

How can I pay?

Do you accept USDT via Tron network?
Yes, we do! However, our payment gate currently does not accept USDT via Tron. In case you want to pay with it, please create your order, choose UDST as payment method, then do not click the payment button, but write us using them form instead, including your order number and that you want to pay with USDT via Tron. Our customer service will send you our wallet. We recommend using USDT via Ethereum, as it is way faster. At the same time, we’re already working on establishing a better way to pay with USDT TRC20. Stay tuned!

Is there a phone number I can call to?
No, the only phone number we provide is for our logistics lady, who's English not very good, to be diplomatic. The phone number is used strictly for logistics purposes, as every courier company demands it. Our customer sits on a different floor of a different building. That being said, you can always contact us via email here.

How fast do you reply?
We aim for 24 hours and less during our business hours. This is far from the truth at the moment, as we're having 800+ emails in our mailbox every morning ever since Christmas. However, we're getting there and we will get there. We appreciate your patience with us! Our customer care team is having an over-time of their life!
