This is able to detect and measure both of the substances, using CHNS for net peptide purity measurement and LCMS for identification and HPLC for peptide purity.
CHNS is gold standard in measuring the net peptide content. As it uses combustion, the solubility issues which may happen with HPLC measurement of amount are solved for good. LCMS is used for identification of the molecule. In addition to that, you get full LCMS, which can detect contamination with a different peptide or peptide degradation products.
